Coaching services

My coaching format is highly flexible and always adapted to your individual needs, whether you are looking for life coaching, career coaching or transition coaching (scroll down to read more about these).

All options always start with a free 30-minute discovery call/meeting, where we'll go over your expectations, determine which approach fits you best and of course, evaluate whether we are able to work together to achieve your goals. Experiencing good chemistry is always the basis for a positive coach-client relationship!

IS YOUR LIFE TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW?

How about online coaching? More than 70% of my clients meet me in a private online conference room (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp) for career and life coaching. I love online sessions because we can meet anywhere at almost anytime — before work, over lunch, in the evening. Distance and time are no longer an issue!

HOW IT WORKS

  • A typical coaching engagement lasts from 3 to 6 months (or more) and takes place either in person at a pre-agreed location, or via Zoom, FaceTime or phone.

  • For a change of pace, I also offer Walk and Talk coaching sessions at any time.

  • By-weekly 60-minutes sessions is the normal cadence, and a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended to truly benefit from the experience of coaching.

  • I coach worldwide, in English and French (German and Portuguese possible too).

  • If you prefer the "all-in-one-package" approach, I also offer several coaching packages. Contact me if you're interested about these.

Areas of focus

As a Transition Coach, I focus on the following (often overlapping) three areas:

You’re in transition. You may know that you want a new job, but just not sure what or how; you may be getting married, moving into another country or perhaps all of three at the same time. This is the time to reset — to lose what you no longer need and embrace what you do.

I help you move through challenges you aren’t able to move through on your own in the way you want. You will experience more ease in prioritizing your options, and can start problem solving and actively moving toward a solution, making values-based choices, and creating clear actionable next steps.

You may have recently been laid off, or are returning to work after a break. Maybe you took leave to care for a loved one, maybe you started a family. Perhaps you’re in a job and “doing well” according to traditional metrics of success, but it just doesn’t feel right to you.
